Pass through the arched openings of the foyer, into the great room, to see the beauty of Colorado through two stories of glass, and feel the warmth of a stunning stone fireplace and timbered beam ceiling. Enter the adjoining gourmet kitchen filled with custom cabinetry, separate baking pantry, Thermador appliances, and a hand-crafted, copper range hood, you’ll see why this home truly has the best of both worlds! About the Interior Design of the Home:
Kirella Homes and Kemper Design Studio partnered to bring you this quintessential Tuscan farmhouse. They built upon the owners' recollections of Tuscan sunlight, brilliant green and purple-hued vineyards and the natural surroundings of timber, stone and stucco. Guests feel a warm hug entering the loggia with beautiful Venetian plastered groin vault ceiling and terra cotta tile flooring. A grand wrought-iron staircase with Juliette balcony sets the stage for rustic forged iron lighting throughout. The spacious open floorplan allows one to appreciate rustic wooden beams traversing across to the immense European stone fireplace, and panoramic windows granting breathtaking views of Front Range and Pikes Peak. For every chef's dream, a dramatic granite-topped island brings your attention to the custom copper hood, leading you to the walk-in baker's pantry, retaining the charm of Italy with two-toned cabinetry, tumbled travertine and a farmhouse sink. The main-level master, with rustic tongue and groove wood accent wall adjoins the euro-spa master bath. The clean-lined espresso cabinetry, along with the sparkle of chrome and mirrors, perfectly complement the natural tones of marble and stone. Continuing downstairs, the game-room showcases a striking bar under a grand stone arch. This walk-out boasts a sleek exercise suite. Kemper Design Studio places dreams into reality. Saluti!
