Welcome to the Cameron home design exclusive to Wolf Ranch.

The open floor plan is welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. The heart of the home greets you with a floor-to-ceiling brick fireplace in the great room, connecting to the gourmet kitchen with a large center island, and dining area that walks out to the expansive patio. Oversized windows allow for natural light to flood the home.

​The private primary bedroom with attached bathroom highlighting a luxurious walk-in shower and freestanding soaking tub, creating a spa-like feel. The flexible main level adapts to families of all ages featuring a secondary bedroom suite with a private bathroom, powder room, spacious laundry room, and flex room perfect for a study, plus an everyday entry leading to the three-car garage.

​Escape to the lower level, where friends and family have the perfect Colorado inspired space to gather. This area creates a space for everyone to hang-out, play games, watch TV and chat by the fireplace. There are two roomy bedrooms, a full bathroom, powder room, and extensive storage adding to the lower level. This area creates a comfortable, stylish space where you will see yourself making years of family memories.

The design of this home started with the Craftsman elevation. Knowing that a typical Craftsman home features medium to dark woods, white wood treatments helped create a light and bright home. The hardwood floors throughout the main level add warmth along with the color palette, which is a combination of sage green, toffee, pewter and white. In the primary bedroom, a shiplap wall was painted in a deep, more contemporary color for drama. A soft floral pattern was used in the guest room, just off the entry. Many people are working from home and the office space works perfectly for two people! Textures were an important part of our design with the whitewashed brick used at main level fireplace and a dramatic feature wall in the lower level, accenting with fabrics, rugs, accessories and lighting. This home was geared toward a young family with teen kids in the lower level.
