One of the longest-running parades in the country, the Colorado Springs Parade of Homes is a signature event hosted by the Colorado Springs Housing and Building Association. In 2026, we are proud to celebrate our 72nd year with the community.
This annual tradition offers an inside look at beautifully crafted, newly built homes by HBA builder members. From attainable homes to luxury residences, the Parade showcases the work of local builders, designers, craftsmen, and landscape professionals, highlighting thoughtful design, evolving trends, and modern building practices.
With homes located throughout El Paso County and open to the public for over two weeks, there is ample time to explore and experience what makes the Pikes Peak region a great place to call home.
