Welcome to The Wanderer! This home was built for clients who love to travel and embrace every adventure that comes along the way. But there’s no place like home, and at the end of their travels, they return to privacy, peace and quiet on 35 acres. Easy, main-level living includes space for overnight guests and a laundry room with a dog spa (of course). The kitchen truly is the heart of the home, showcasing a massive island in gleaming granite and spacious dining area. Then, walk out to a covered patio - perfect for gathering family and friends.

The master is cozy and inviting with a master bath that will make your troubles disappear.

Snuggle up in the main-level great room and enjoy the stone fireplace on those chilly Colorado evenings or head down to the finished lower-level snack bar and enjoy a movie or a game of billiards while the kids explore fun spaces just for them. There is plenty of room for everyone with two additional bedrooms, a craft room and two full baths in the basement.

Of course, for these wanderers, an attached RV garage is a must.

Afterwards, you can relax and enjoy a snack and a movie – may we suggest Wild Wild West? The design is a combination of the homeowner’s existing furnishings and new purchases for a perfect mix. Tones of blues, burnt red, browns and cream, combined with mixed materials such as wrought iron, corrugated metal, brick and leather bring a relaxed and fun ambience to this wonderful and unique ranch house.
