ABOUT THE INTERIOR DESIGN
As you enter the Branson model, the inviting entry has a flair of layered art and greenery. The goal was to add a cohesive feel of simplistic, clean designs with accent walls and wallpaper, adding an element of surprise. The flex room, upon entry, is a space to entertain without distraction. Intentional interaction was the design focus throughout the home. We connected the open-concept kitchen, dining and great room with dramatic ceiling-to-floor drapes, which highlight the panoramic views, yet bring the space together with its warm, dark colors. The basement has entertainment in mind with the movie theater-like area and a fun, beautiful accent wall flanking the TV. The guestroom and office have a more masculine vibe, which offsets the playful kids’ room. There is a bit of design in this home for everyone – traditional, modern and everything in between.
