Welcome to the Monarch, Jayden Homes’ latest home design. Nestled on a beautifully treed homesite, the Monarch features private outdoor living and city views. Jayden Homes has flipped the traditional ranch home design, maximizing natural lighting and the open concept design. Stepping inside the Monarch, you are greeted with an open staircase running up into a vaulted ceiling finished with exposed wood beams carried from the foyer to the great room. Open to the great room, you will find the chef’s kitchen complete with a spacious pantry, and a dining room featuring a sliding door to the walkout patio bringing the outdoors in. The covered patio features a six-foot, custom-built firepit and infrared heaters maximizing Colorado living. The primary suite features a large zero-entry shower enclosed with a freestanding tub. A large walk-in closet connects to the laundry and mudroom. The main level also includes a guest suite designed with a private bath. Heading upstairs, the upper level offers an entertainment bonus room equipped with a full wet bar and outdoor balcony featuring a fire pit and bar top seating. The Monarch is designed with two additional bedrooms, a full bath, and a large storage closet on the upper level.

ABOUT THE INTERIOR DESIGN
The Monarch was designed for a family looking for a low-maintenance, energy efficient space providing a quiet, timeless feeling where they could relax from their busy lives. The goal was to feel spacious, but not vast and to stand out, but blend into nature and feel comfortable. The exterior finishes include low maintenance stucco and stone and showcases a new woodgrain steel siding for a distinctive, inspiring modern aesthetic. The interior incorporates natural materials, including wood, stone, leather, metal, and concrete to introduce texture and an organic feel. The Monarch’s neutral color scheme features contrasting white walls with black, charcoal, and rust accents while softening with natural wood flooring and wood beams. Mastering the mix of metals, the matte black and brushed gold lighting makes a statement guaranteed to inspire conversation throughout.
