HBA Parade of Homes Drawing Rules and Information
When you purchase your electronic ticket, you will automatically be entered into the drawing for the prizes. If you received a complimentary ticket, you must change the name on the ticket to your name to qualify. You can do that by downloading the Colorado Springs Parade of Homes app from the Apple App store or from Google Play. One entry per person must be over 18 years of age to enter. By participating in the Contest, entrants grants to the HBA and its Sponsors the right to use his/her name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address ("Personal Information") for the purpose of administering the Contest, including but not limited to, contacting and announcing the winner, and acknowledges that the HBA and Sponsors may disclose his/her Personal Information for future promotions. Entrant automatically opts in for the HBA and Sponsors email list and direct mail.
Notice of how to enter is stated on each Parade ticket, in the Parade magazine, and in all advertisements, where feasible. Drawing: Will be held within 14 days following the last day of the Parade of Homes. All entries will be printed on the same card stock. An HBA representative, in the presence of at least 2 witnesses, will draw the winning ticket. Notification: The winner will be contacted via the phone number on the online submittal. If there is no phone number or the phone number is not in service, the ticket will be deemed invalid and tickets will continue to be drawn until a valid ticket is selected.
An HBA representative will call the phone number on the winning ticket and leave a message or, if there is no answering machine or similar method to leave a message, keep trying to reach the winner for 10 days. If no contact is established in 10 days, a new winner will be selected. The winner has 30 days to claim the prize by contacting the HBA office at 719-592-1800, 4585 Hilton Parkway, Suite 100, Colorado Springs, CO 80907.
