ABOUT THE INTERIOR DESIGN
Both Colorado natives, the father/daughter team of Hi-Point Home Builders and Olive Vine Designs forged their personalities and inspiration into The Blue Spruce. Blending traditional craftsman features with youthful modern takes on function and design, this home applies both neutrals as well as bold color palettes, and offers open, yet established, spaces. Function and aesthetics were thoughtfully considered throughout the design. The great room showcases a large linear fireplace capable of warming the entire home, and the spacious upper loft could be a playroom, library or office. Downstairs you’ll find a theater and entertainment space combined, and a custom wine cellar utilizes the under stair area. You may even find yourself looking for a hidden door on the main level!
